How to Make a Cheeseburger
Ingredients:









- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar preferred)
- 2 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard)
Instructions:
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place cheese on the patties during the last minute to melt.
- Toast buns lightly in the skillet.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments.
