Computers are used by many people. It is interesting to think about how they work in a simple way. When a computer is running, there are five main functions. These are (1) Input Unit (2) Storage Unit (3) Operation Unit (4) Control Unit (5) Output Unit.
(1) Input Unit
This section contains the data that a computer needs to run, as well as for instructions on how to operate it. It looks like an eye.
(2) Storage Unit
This section stores the data and programs input from the input unit, much like the human brain.
