On January 9th, at the Binzhou Lake Winter Swimming Sports Training Base in Tarqing City, Heilongjiang Province, those who like winter swimming did not fear the cold, wearing swimsuits with flowers from the northeastern region, and practiced winter swimming in conditions of 23 degrees Celsius below zero.
