Klopp has always had a preference for playing at the Etihad Stadium and he reiterated this when speaking to the press ahead of Liverpool’s match against Manchester City. Klopp said that he loves playing at the Etihad Stadium and it is one of his favourite stadiums to coach in. The Liverpool coach also mentioned that he enjoys playing against Manchester City because they are a very good team.

place in the Premier League table with 51 points, six behind leaders Manchester City. Liverpool have played 19 matches so far this season and they have won eight, drawn five and lost four. Their most recent match was against Brighton and Hove Albion where they won 2-0. The Liverpool coach said that he prefers to play at the Etihad Stadium rather than playing the match against Manchester City because of the atmosphere that is created there. He also said that it is important for Liverpool to win their games at home in order to stay in contention for the title.
