How to Make Butter Chicken
Ingredients:

- 500g chicken (boneless)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cream, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
- Sauté chicken in butter until cooked, then set aside.
- In the same pan, cook ginger-garlic paste. Add tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cream, salt, and cooked chicken.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot with naan or rice.
