How to Make Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cream, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
  2. Sauté chicken in butter until cooked, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook ginger-garlic paste. Add tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream, salt, and cooked chicken.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot with naan or rice.
