Pad Thai Recipe













- Ingredients: 200g rice noodles, 2 eggs, 200g shrimp/chicken, 3 tbsp tamarind paste, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chili flakes, 3 garlic cloves (minced), bean sprouts, green onions, crushed peanuts, lime wedges, oil.
- Instructions:
- Soak noodles in warm water until soft.
- Heat oil in a wok; stir-fry garlic, shrimp/chicken until cooked.
- Push aside; scramble eggs.
- Add noodles, tamarind paste, fish sauce, sugar, and chili; stir well.
- Toss in bean sprouts and green onions.
- Garnish with peanuts and lime. Serve hot.
