    • 1 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
    • 2 tbsp lime juice
    • 1-2 cherry tomatoes (halved)
    • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (crushed)
    • 4 green beans (cut into 2-inch pieces)

    • In a mortar, pound garlic and chilies until crushed. Add dried shrimp and lightly crush.
    • Add sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice; mix well to create a dressing.
    • Toss in green beans and tomatoes; lightly crush to release juices.
    • Add shredded papaya and gently pound and mix until combined.
    • Transfer to a plate and garnish with peanuts.
